After sales policy process and explanation
1. Explanation of warranty period
The product warranty period is 18 months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, any malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects shall be repaired or replaced free of charge.
2. Scope of warranty
The warranty service is only applicable to faults caused by manufacturing defects in the product itself, and does not include the following situations:
Human damage (such as accidental falls, water dampness, etc.)
Unauthorized repair or disassembly
Issues beyond the warranty period
Special note: Repairs outside the warranty period will be borne by the customer.
3. Maintenance outside the warranty period
If repairs are required outside the warranty period, customers can contact our customer service team for repair services. In this case, the customer will need to bear the cost of the repair.
4. Apply for after-sales service
Customers can apply for after-sales service through the following methods:

Customer Service Hotline: Call our after-sales service hotline and directly contact customer service personnel. Or add the instant messaging app on the right for communication.
Email contact: Send an email to our designated after-sales service email, describing the issue and providing proof of purchase and product information.
5. After sales service process
Once we receive a customer's after-sales service request, we will follow the following process:
Problem confirmation: The customer service team will contact the customer to confirm the details of the problem and provide repair suggestions based on the situation.
Quotation and agreement: The customer will receive a quotation for repair costs. After the customer agrees, we will start the repair work.
Repair: Provide repair services and ensure completion within a reasonable time.
Returning the product: After the repair is completed, the product will be sent back to the customer's designated address or the customer can choose to pick it up at our service center.
6. Precautions
Please keep the purchase invoice or voucher properly so that you can enjoy warranty services or repair services outside the warranty period.
After obtaining the product, customers should carefully read the product manual and follow the instructions to avoid problems caused by incorrect use.
7. Other instructions
This after-sales policy only applies to genuine products purchased through the designated channels of our company. We reserve the final interpretation right and have the right to adjust and interpret this policy according to the actual situation.
